This policy explains how Emro Jaya Abadi ("we") treats information when you use this website. We rent out cranes and heavy equipment in Batam, Bintan, and Tanjung Pinang. We aim to follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

What we collect

  • No forms. This site has no forms, visitor accounts, or payments. We don't ask you to type personal details into the site.
  • WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app with a message already written (the name of the equipment or service and the page address). The message is only sent when you press Send. After that, we receive your WhatsApp number and your message through WhatsApp.
  • Visitor statistics (only if you agree). If you press "Okay" on the cookie question, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are opened, the type of device and browser, the approximate location (city or country), and how many times the WhatsApp button is pressed. Your number and message text are not sent to Google Analytics, and IP addresses are anonymised. If you press "No thanks", Google Analytics is not loaded.
  • Map. The Contact Us page shows a map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive technical data from your browser, including your IP address, under Google's privacy policy.
  • Server records. Our hosting provider may record IP addresses, times, requested pages, and browser types. This is for security and to fix problems.
  • Cookie choice. Your answer to the cookie question is stored in your browser so it isn't asked again and again.

What we use it for

  • Answering your questions, giving quotes, and following up on rental requests.
  • Understanding which pages are useful so we can improve the site (only if you agree).
  • Keeping the site secure.
  • Meeting legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal data and we don't use it for other people's advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the parties that help our site and service run: WhatsApp (Meta), Google (Analytics and Maps), and our hosting provider. For work that has been agreed, we may pass information from the conversation to the field team or operator doing the job. We may also give data to the authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep WhatsApp conversations for as long as needed for quotes, carrying out the work, and bookkeeping or legal obligations, then delete them when they are no longer needed. Statistics follow the retention setting in Google Analytics.

Cookies and browser storage

This site only stores your cookie choice in your browser. Google Analytics is only loaded if you agree. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the cookie question will appear again.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to withdraw your consent, or to object to how it is used. Contact us by email or WhatsApp above. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Security

We keep things secure in reasonable ways: an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and site management limited by accounts and roles. No system is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for business use and is not meant for children.

This site may link to other websites. Their privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.
