Does the listed capacity always mean it can lift that weight?
Not always. The listed capacity applies under certain conditions. Lifting radius, the load chart, the ground, and the rigging all matter. Our team checks them before giving a price.
How do I ask for a price?
Tap the WhatsApp button on this site, then tell us the location, dates, and what needs lifting. The price depends on the job.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Batam, Bintan, and Tanjung Pinang.
What should I send to ask for a price?
The work location, the dates, the type and estimated weight of the load or equipment, and the access conditions. Photos of the work area help a lot.
What if I don't know the weight yet?
That's fine. Send photos or whatever information you have about the load, and our team will help check which equipment fits.
Is the price per hour, per trip, or per day?
For lorry cranes, the rate can be per trip, per hour, a daily contract, or a monthly contract. For other units, we explain the rate when we give the quote.
